All steel beams in at first floor level ready to accept floor joists. Muck removal made a lot simplier with machines less than 3'-0" wide. It comes to all of us, poor ols wheel barrow made redundant. 5 weeks into the job and next stage will be scaffolding up |

12 weeks into the job. Roof tiles went on last week which makes the inside watertight. Due to the amount of rain recently the roof details can not be finished. Work is proceeding inside with first floor walls being constructed and plasterboard being fixed. |

| The old outside wall has now been demolished into the house. The Dresser has been covered over. The next day the adjoining wall will be demolished into the Kitchen. |
