Slab down which was a special self levelling concrete. Polystyrene upstand taped all round nice and neat
Timber frame just erected showing no noggings but skin of blockboard to aid stability Outside view of Front Bedroom. Timber frame stage. Note that the frame as seen took just 4 days to erect and thats with a cut roof.
Early view of Living room with gallery ceiling. Well, it will have. All stop for Christmas. Roof will be finished in the New Year. Roof now felt and battened. Or should I be now be saying 'breather membrane and battened'. One advantage of using the modern breather membrane is that it lets the light thorough so that trades can continue inside without the need of generator and lights. This view is in the gallery Living room

PIR insulation cut neatly between rafters. Insulation is not cheap so the tighter the fit the better value for money you will recoup in energy saving Bricklayers just starting on the outer skin of bricks. At long last some decent weather
