Hemp and Lime render to interior. Solar panels. Reuse old cesspit as grey water holding tank. High insulation to all walls. Super insulation to new floors and relay Flag stones with under floor heating. New timber windows throughout |

| Over sail of the roof to house the Air Source Heat pump. The resalvaged iron gate will form the enclosure to the pump. The block walls are now being clad with the set aside stone. |
