The mean width of the plot is only 9.4 metres and tapering down to 8.4 metres. A 3 bed spacious bungalow was designed complete with en suite and utility off a generous kitchen. It is suprising what can be done.

Drains laid with r.c. lintel over where passing through walls Scalpings compacted ready to receive concrete and insulation
Concrete slab just been poured and tamped. Insulation below slab and also to perimeter upstands Celcon blocks stacked up on the slab and facing bricks stacked up outside
Walls are now being constructed. The inner skin from Celcon insulation blocks being built first. Just a few days and the bungalow is taking shape Bungalow starting to take shape. Partial insulation fixed to inner Celcon block and the brick outer skin being built with lamatex
